@Joseph2004045 My biggest problem it's not him having 150 hp, it's him having powerful/useful abilities with low cooldown and his damange with his uncharged shoot.
As much as I like the 80s character, I do agree he is too strong. The damage to hp ratio makes no sense. You can one-shot any 100 HP character ( I know it's not exactly 100 but just for the sake of it). And as the character you have 150 HP, with instant escape and an insane ''oh *'' rocket ride.
