Acorn Tips?

@Shinobicap I normally use hip fire, because people seem to love rushing me whenever I go back into an acorn, and it would be hard to hit people bunny hopping and rushing towards you, while dodging their attacks at the same time if you were zoomed in 🤣 In addition to that, your sensitivity decreases greatly, and it would be impossible to attack people close to you! Although if people AREN'T rushing you, I would prefer zoomed for max accuracy, since you don’t have to dodge attacks and you aren’t being pressured by the enemy! In most cases you have minimal movement while being zoomed in, so you would be a VERY easy target, and would be able to die in a second! So if you wanna zoom in, make sure you won’t be an easy target.
Long story short: hip fire is good for people rushing you or other close range combat, but zoomed is much better in passive scenarios, where no one can quickly finish you, it’s great if you have some cover to protect yourself from damage, or if the enemy isn’t focused on you. it can also much better for chipping tons of damage with max accuracy!

@Ninja2Blade Thx, and what talents do you use? I'm running Regen, Delay and Hardened.
- @Shinobicap Yep that’s what I use for battle arena, it’s great for making a quick escape and regenerating health instantly after taking heavy hits with oak, however, for turf takeover and etc, I would prefer upgrades that bring total chaos

@Shinobicap Yep, @Ninja2Blade nailed it. Based on distance and angles. I’ll use hip fire or ADS.
Use him (Acorn) often and you’ll learn where your natural aiming strengths and weaknesses fall. If you miss with hip fire in a certain situation, try ADS and vice versa. You’ll eventually get the knack of his aiming.
Don’t forget to try different aim assist settings, too.
I use the same upgrade kit as you.
