Add 'Local Split-Screen Multiplayer' to PC, NOT JUST XB1 AND PS4

yes please. Going back and forth between college I also go back and forth between internet connections. At college I get 100mbps but at home am stuck with 512k. I am unable to play this game at home, and on tope of that I can not play it with my younger siblings who I know would get a blast. I would be willing to even pay extra to do split screen on the pc. Please add it to it. With how much other stuff you are always adding for free why not just throw in split screen. I know it wouldn't be that hard.
