All my characters are missing!?
I had almost all characters yesterday but when I went to play today almost all of them are missing, please help.

Same here, my son has lost a load of characters that he had unlocked and traded in money for stickers too.

Rank: Level 26
Missing characters: a bunch from each plant/zombie class type (don't remember exactly, some listed below, but had at least 5-6 fully unlocked in each type)
Region: UK.
Timing: Problem first noticed evening of March 6th (no issue on March 5 and prior to that date)
Resolution attempts: deleted local PvZ GW save data, hard reboot of Xbox One (neither fixed the issue)
Specific missing characters:
Ice Pea
Fire Pea
Dark Flower
Tank Commando
Metal Sunflower (I think that's what it was called)
Plus there are a whole lot more missing from what we can see!

@pyrospinteq For "Dark Flower", do you mean Shadow Flower or the ability Dark Flower?
Do you happen to know if your son's sunflower is level 10?
Metal Petal is a progression character unlock and is only unlocked after opening Sunflower progression packs up to level 10. If the sunflower is level 10, and all the sticker packs are opened, is the Metal Petal still missing?
EDIT: Is his Peashooter level 10 as well? Fire Pea is also a progression character.
