All my levels gone

Xbox live name: AfterDawner
Platform: Xbox 360
Game: PVZ garden warfare
Country: Brazil
Well, i was just going to start playing, and i was choosing a character. But then i saw i was lvl 1 and every other player was lvl 0, and i had lost all progress in lvls with my plants and zombies, and lost all the skins, but when i looked in the stickerbook they were still there, so i dont know what to do, because aparently the only problem/glitch is when i enter a match

    Your levels are not gone, it's just a problem with the server. There's nothing you can do except for try joining a different game mode/server.

    Thx alot, but is it known when it will be solved? An consequently, i cant play plant ops because of this, just saying*

    If you get rank reset, you either need to check your internet, or just reboot your console.  Turn it off and on again.  Also try to used wired connections if possible

    It actually says i cant connect to ea servers now, but my internet is fine, i have tried opening other tabs with other devices and its working fine, the xbox live also, just pvz isnt

    And you rebooted the console?  Are you on 360 or Xbox One?  If on XboxOne try this Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
    On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

    It´s not solved right now. it´s 10:46 GMT-3 and today this behaviour is attacking us .. only in Gardens and Graveyards mode. The classic is fine.

    @EDROD74 I need info from you. You need to state console (Xbox One or 360), wired or wireless, if you rebooted the console or did a power cycle etc. and what country you are playing from.   Also are you speaking of the same issue? This person is having their level and rank go to 0, is that happening for you?

    Hi Jenni,

    Some extra-information requested in the previous communication:

    I'm using an Xbox360, Wired, playing from Brazil (São Paulo state).

    The behaviour in details is the following : After normal Xbox Live login and EA login I can see my rank correclty and my current amount of coins also correctly. Choosing Garden Ops, Welcome Mat,Team Vanquish, any classic mode, Gnome Bomb, Vanquish Confirmed, Suburbination or Taco Bandits everithing works normally, but Gardens & Graveyards (not in classic mode) where all unlocket characters and powers belong to my profile show be available, we do see all chars (plants or zombies) locked at level 1 (or zero) you go type select during the match to check other players's levels. This means that we neeed to use, for example a Chomper, with only burrow as an available ability .... All playes in the session appears with LVL 0 ... which is strange for me and I do see some playes with more habilities then my session can deilver to me .. assuming everyone in the session with the save behaviour.

    Right now I did a cold start in my Xbox 360 and the problem is not present ... but it not means the problem is in my console .. because I start facing this "issue" since last monday .. and .. sundelly on Monday night here (arround 7:30PM GMT-3) I lost connection to the server (the server/service was restarted, because my internet was ok) and the problem had disapeared without a reboot or cold start from my console. I'll keep monitoring this behaviour and if it happens again I'll take some snapshots to ilustrate what I see here.
