I could have sworn that they stated that they were going to reduce the amount of time the Dummy Shield lasted but increase the frequency of use.
However the patch notes, and play experience, show that the Dummy Shield lasts slightly less time, lost a third of it's Health and was actually given a longer cool down to make it used less frequently.
Seems a bit of a disconnect between what they said was going to happen and what actually happened.
Did someone actually check it ingame? I haven't but could it be just a spelling mistake in the patch notes?

@ippig @@I bet they didn't even tested it, it's actually the reality of it: play testing in this doesn't exist, because if it existed, we would get a really better balancing compared to what we have now.
We need actually GOOD testers, or a PTR (like in Overwatch) for players to test and give feedback on the upcoming patches. I don't think we can change the core gameplay now based on the last updates, but we can get actual good balancing based on what we have now. Sprinting, character speed, Hit Det/Reg and FPS problems cannot be changed, but they can make the game better based on the game with this mechanics/problems.
