Allow dedicated players to get the Founder's Edition rewards (Suggestion)

As the title reads, I want dedicated players of the game who missed Founder's edition to get a chance of unlocking these otherwise lost items. I have been playing since the 1st week of Founder's, so...

@benn1nat0r I'm down with it as long as you COMPLETE the free-roam regions. I'm talking the main quests, all medals, gnomes, and cosmetics. I want these to be as difficult yet reasonable as possible, and as someone who has all of them since day two, I want them to give up their lives for it.
Other than that, this is a great idea!
