Allstar and Corn buff

@sandersbellevue I am personally fine with All Star having 6 damage per shot, it's not that bad for a tank. What I am not okay with however is his shield being on a 24 second cooldown, that's way too freaking long. Also his punt sucks, please fix this ability.

But yeah, I would rather see buff's to All Star's tanking ability than damage but wouldn't mind if they increase his attack by 1 damage,

@Gowron248 Yeah i wasn’t expecting the damage to be doubled, but just by a point or two for a bit more pressure.

@Mezamero Yeah, burst damage in this game needs a nerf, it's way too high... meanwhile damage per second in this game is way too low, takes a whole damn clip to even try to kill someone.

All star's shield needs a cooldown buff though for sure.

@Mezamero Like, look at oak. His sap bomb one shots...lol. A tank character has a one shot ability. How is this good game design?

@Gowron248 The All Stars Imp punt was a one shot ability as well in GW 1 and 2. I am totally fine with it. But the sap bombs range ist way too far. Ist should be more like a oh * button if you are surrounded by enemies attacking you in close range.

@ippig I dunno, I mostly want a damage nerf on it. I don't think Oak should have a 1 shot ability.

@Gowron248 I guess you are right. At least Tanks with full health should survive such an attack.
