Am I playing Corn wrong?

Question

I just can't seem to do well with Corn or any of his variants. I'm playing him exactly like Foot Soldier, which I perform very well with, yet I can't seem to land more than a third of every clip when playing Corn. Are their weapons THAT different from eachother? What am I doing wrong? I keep hearing "corn op pls nerf" everywhere, and I'm just like, "what're you talking about I can't even get a kill!"

Don't even get me started on Party Corn.

I wanted him to be good.

I really did.

If you're playing corn mid-long ranged,that not gonna work,corn want to be up close in general as his weapon have a high bloom and general do lot of damage at close range.

And yeah,party corn didn't deserved the nerf he got,he was already doing less damage when basic before.

Plus he also has a smaller clip than base Corn.
