Am I the only one playing out of a sense of obligation?

I'm playing and having fun, but I'm not as 'into it' as I was with GW2. I just finished up storing my 50 max bulbs for next month yesterday so will slow down until the map resets next week. I generally play more at the start of the month and it tapers out as near the end as I don't want to waste bulbs. To me that indicates a flaw in the prize map system as I never felt playing in GW1 or 2 was 'wasted'. The Grandmaster ranks are largely pointless so leveling now that all but 2 of my characters are grandmaster 2 and those 2 are level 9 grandmaster ones.
I really enjoyed GW1 as I'm a huge fan of PvZ but it always felt a bit lacking so when GW2 came out, I played the heck out of it and still login pretty much everyday, even if it's just to do a couple of the simpler quests. BfN could be amazing but it has so many issues. A lot of people were unhappy with some of the changes and I agree on many of them, but I was more than open to the changes in the game, despite the many issues that still linger.
There are some positive things in BfN that GW1 and 2 lacked, just the anti-cheat alone is a huge help after what I saw in those games. Having totally new classes means you can get more unique characters instead of just having the same variants over and over of the basic characters (I'm not anti-variant as unlocking them and trying them out was fun, just that the superior variants were overused and the rest felt like filler).
They need to let coins mean something, fix the lag issues many people have, get the balance and exploits fixed (like that steam blaster rapid fire exploit), Giddy park isn't as good as the Backyard Battleground, grand master ranks are pointless, ranked BA appears to have serious issues, the Rux store feels off while there are still so many other problems, Healing should give more XP and helping revive should give some XP as well, Ops need a lot of work to be what they could be, and so on.
So I can 100% understand being unhappy with BfN but I still enjoy it and look forward to improvements, but unlike GW2, I'm playing other games a lot more (like Scrap Mechanic and Factorio), rather than tons of BfN, even with our on/off working schedule during these times. BfN needs to improve and the sooner the better.
