Am I the only one that doesn't think Wizard is OP?

I've looked everywhere, and no one seems to think that Wizard is OP. Is he an overlooked character in general, in terms of balancing, because he hasn't been touched. He has no recoil, doing 22 damage...

@Shadowphinx101 I don't understand what you are trying to say. But in my opinion wizard is one of the best balanced characters.
