Am I the only one that doesn't think Wizard is OP?

I've looked everywhere, and no one seems to think that Wizard is OP. Is he an overlooked character in general, in terms of balancing, because he hasn't been touched. He has no recoil, doing 22 damage...

@Shadowphinx101 I mainly he think he is op because of Spell Disaster.
The other stuff you mentioned contributes to my opinion as well.
And I'm a litte confuse because the title states you don't think he is op and in the post you seem to think he actually is op.
