Am I the only one that likes the new mix mode?

    I've played enough rounds to not only open all of the Mystery Portal chests but also to refill the 50 Rainbow Star allotment and out of all of those games I'd have to say that it only reinforces my previous statements that "Serve and Volley" is not unbalanced in the way most people are complaining but I can concede that it's "unbalanced" in two very different ways;

    From a Win/Loss perspective the Tennis Stars have almost no chance of winning; out of the matches I've participated in Chomper won easily 90-95% of them with the a Tennis Stars rarely making it past the third Capture Point.

    From a purely Vanquish total perspective the Chomp Thing can't compete at all and since most players are just numbers-focused that seems to matter more.

    This is a mode where if you're playing the Chomp Thing and you're more concerned about numbers than playing the objective then look at your K/D ratio and if it is 1:1, or better, then you are doing really well and should take satisfaction from that.

    Otherwise if you find yourself on the Chomper team just be sneaky, use your head and defend those Gardens and have as much fun as you can doing it.

    As I've said before- not every Super Mix is going to please, or be fun for, everyone.

If you call being steamrolled by being abused and knocked around the place by a long ranged class while controlling one of the worst and weakest spray chompers in the game fun then sure.

    Hear me out... I have a strange suspicion as to why chomp thing was selected. There are a many people that are having issues getting max rank. All cases seem to be geared towards chomp thing. For some reason he shows a rank of 0 when he's already been mastered. This event could be a way of trying to figure that out. On the other hand this event gives a person with the rank of less than one to beat up those of a max rank of 54. I welcome these challenges and hope that in GW3 chomp thing is improved. It took me the longest to level him up. I'm not usually the one screaming buff or nerf, but I still think there's something not quite right with him.

      Thankyou @realitysquared. So many people have been complaining about this being one aided because of the chompers lack of vanquishes but this isn't team vanquish. I have played this mode for six hours and have won more times playing on the plant side than the zombie side.

        I actually managed to get pretty close to a 1 k/d ratio as chomp thing.  I'm a mediocre player, and I almost never play chomper in multiplayer, so I was pretty pleased with myself.  I've only played 3-4 rounds and I actually did much worse in the one round I was on the tennis star team, due to facing a very good chomper team.
