I had just got off a chat with someone named Tyler,and they were very helpful. Preorders had been set up to where they only take the money for it out of the account a few days before the release. So,if you are currently waiting for your paycheck this friday,and didnt get paid last week,theres the problem. The game will be able to be downloaded as soon as you get the funds in your bank account.Now,some people may have a different problem,but this is just my case and probably a few others.
