Hi,
I don't know for other people, but in 4 out of 10 of my games, the other player "suddenly lost" their connection when they were going to loose. It's incredible annoying.
EA needs to implement:
- Take 2 stars for leaving a game with "lost connection"
- Penalties for people that loose connection quite often
- In extreme cases ban
It would be nice to see a % of disconnection next to enemy so we can keep an eye and be vigilant.
As well I notice that if you really lost connection because a call, or app crash, and you just start it again it doesn't rejoin the game. That should be fixed to help people with real connection issues.
Thanks.
iOS plataform.
And why does EA "need to implement" your demands?
You have to wait an extra 10-15 seconds. So what. You get your win and players who leave early get awarded a loss.
If someone knows they are getting a loss, why would they waste time conceding and then having to sit through the tedious after game animations.
It's much faster to force quit the app and restart.

So you are saying that because you don't want to wait 3-4 sec of animation (even probably restart takes longer) you are making the other player wait 15-20 sec?.
Sorry to say but that's really selfish. Assume your loss and surrender.

The problem is EA servers are one big piece of a failure, so you actually never know if your opponent closed the app or you suddenly should "check your internet connection and try again" despite your internet is working just fine. Since 2 stars and possible 3 more games depend on it of course you will feel yourself nervous every time it happens.
