Are servers for PVZ:BfN still up, and does Nintendo Switch have crossplay?

As the title says, I'm just wondering if Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is still alive and able to play against people and if Nintendo Switch have crossplay with PC and/or other consoles

    @singingassassin Battle for Neighborville is still alive on console, especially on switch. Unfortunately, none of the versions have crossplay with each other.
