Are you able to buy GW2 DLC/packs anymore?

i looked everywhere and could not find where to buy DLC like the midnight snack pack... is it just not a thing anymore?

@Glitchkat10 As of now, if you do not see the pack in the pack store or the marketplace for the platform you are on, they are no longer available. Any content you do not see there indicates they are no longer available.

I went to the PS store and Xbox store online and I can see quite a few. On PC, I am not seeing them available any longer.
