At what point do we consider emotes to be harassment?

Just curious, at what point do we consider emotes to be harassment, if at all? I get that emotes are meant to be fun, and maybe poking fun at people. But when someone deliberately hunts you the ent...

I can't roll my eyes hard enough at the idea somebody saying "salty" or showing a poop emoji could be considered harassment.
