You can upgrade this game(and all standard edition games you own) for free by doings this: 1. Turn on Origin login verification 2. Automatically get Origin Access for free 1 month 3. Upgrade games...

    It is nice that you point gamers to this opportunity.

    But it should be mentioned that if you don't have Origin Access regularly, all Deluxe edition content will stop working after the free month ends.

    Save games with Deluxe edition content will probably also not work after the free month ends.

@holger1405 In this game, it doesn't matter. You keep your stuff after deluxe edition. 🙂 But thanks for the warning. I didn't know.

this would be very useful if I could actually get the free origin access, but I can't so /shrug

EDIT:So I contacted EA and they said I'd probably be getting my Origin Access shortly, woohoo. And not only did I contact EA, but I checked the origin access page thing in the Origin client, and apparently it said that only the premier origin access will get to upgrade games for free, not basic access members, so OP, you might be misinforming people...

    @SammichuI have basic and I have it free for 1 month. Upgraded games I already own for free too.
