Balance Suggestions Surrounding The Imp

The best imp mech is the standard imp's mech. His L1 homing rocket ability will net you kills. It's much better than some of the other mechs abilities. I think they might need to slow down his(the imp himself) RoF or something. And I don't know if 75 hp is actually necessary. He is really strong in his current state, or at least I'm very capable of going out and getting lots of kills with him. But if I were the devs I would do it step by step. Because when they increased his hp and his primary firing capabilities I feel like it was too much too fast. So maybe start slowly ramping him back down.
