Game has overall good balance except for some smaller things like Electro Brainz shenanigans and maybe a small buff to some of the Rose variants.
Maybe OP has a play style that doesn't suit the plant team?
I definitely think zombies have a lot better tanking capabilities with brains, allstar, and mech. I figure the fact that they are 2 to 3 times as big as the plamts and much easier to hit was the reasoning for all the health. Aside from that and the electro beam I don't think the game is that unbalanced right now.
