Barrel Blast has too much health
Barrels can be used to escape and assault, and it's so hard to destroy it other than run until it explode. The health should be reduced so people can counter it more.

- @DarkLanX One time I've one shot a pirate in a barrel with fully charged spike shot right into hole where his eye looked through. Was it a bug or actually his weak spot? Anyway to hit this small hole is way too hard. Maybe the barrel should a bigger weak spot like not having a barrel lid.
But on the other hand being in a barrel should save you from being chomped.
