Updated the Patch Notes with corrections for Soldier:

  • Upgrade Liftoff
    • Decrease blast radius 4->3 m
    • Decrease shockwave radius 5->3.25 m
  • Rocket Leap
    • Decrease equip cost 3->2

Liftoff did not have a equip cost reduction, that was Rocket Leap.

Now theres a bug where nightcap cant jump during fung fu with fleet footed equipped.

    Yeah just started playing, had fleet footed on and could not jump
