Being randomly kicked out of game for same reason: Lost Connection to Game Session

I was playing perfectly fine yesterday and nothing has changed since then. However, today after a little bit into a game I get put back to the title screen saying I "Lost connection to game session."...

If this is happening in Multiplayer on Xbox 360. Be sure that these ports are opened...
