Berserk setting not working?

So apparently the Soil surviver event is supposed to give you more damage the less health you have.....but it doesn’t. Is it not working  for anyone else or is it just me?

    @ItsaGamer05 It's there. But the difference isn't much. For example, an imp (full health) deals 3 damage, and imp on low health deals 4 damage. Its not significant
