Two things.
1 Error report is suggesting it's a permissions issue (i.e. run things as Admin both origin and PvZ.exe Properteries -> Compatiblity -> Run as Admin) [this also mentions nVidia drivers so I'd lean more towards it's the nVidia drivers rather than a permissions issue]
2nd Error report is suggesting the nVidia drivers are messed up, one directly says it's messed up the other one indirectly.
Uninstall nVidia Drivers from Control Panel.
Download Display Driver Uninstall (or Driver Sweeper, but it's outdated now)
Restart into Safe Mode.
Run Display Driver Uninstall, Clear all nVidia drivers.
Restart into normal.
Install latest nVidia drivers.

If you have BSOD on a normal restart, go back to Safe Mode, remove the Display Adapters from Device Manager, restart.
Safe Mode /w Networking will save the day if you're in trouble.
Thank you for the advice!
I tried all the suggested solutions but it did not work. However your recommendation and advice led me to run a chkdsk /f /r through the cmd console.
Sure enough it detected bad sectors where the files you listed were stored and after it fixed the issue my PvZ Garden Warfare could start up again!
However I am going to run Repair option on Garden warfare through Origins again as a precaution and reupdate my drivers.
Thank you again!

How exactly do you do that? I have the same problem, and did it fix the problem with the black screen and the flower? Thanks in advance
