black screen cant play
Hello last week i bought pvz battle for neighbourville and everything went Pretty smooth so far but when i tried starting the game it took me to the anticheat window as it should but after that a black window popped up on the left upper half of my screen that closed itself immediantly. in origin it says i was online and playing the game but i wasnt. this is a Problem i saw many Players have so i thought i would wait till the next update that happened on Tuesday but it still happens. the ony Thing i tried so far was Fixing the game in origin, i updated my graphics Card and i excluded pvz from my antivirus. im Posting my dxdiag so i really hope someone can help me with my Problem because im really Looking forward to playing the game thanks in advance

Can you please try these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and the Game Properties in your Library
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Run Origin and Plants vs Zombies as Administrator
4. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
6. Create a new temporary Windows User Account, and see if you're able to launch the game under that Account
