Black Screen Loading When I try To Enter Town Center

This has happened a lot to me recently. Whenever I try loading into the Town Center it just has a black screen and won't load. Also occasionally in the main hub area, some of my ability icons are bla...

    @Ncaceres2004,

    Go to the folder where you installed the game, and right click and run as Administrator. 

    You can go to Properties as well, and make sure that it's checked off.
