Hello from the US 🙂
Also, here are some steps you can try:
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
4. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
5. Clean Uninstall/Reinstall of the latest Nvidia Graphics Drivers: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

it didn't work
Have you tried to reinstall the game?
Run the game and origin as administrator.
You can also try to go to your library, then click on the game by RPM and choose repair.
Check if your drivers are up to date and does your computer meet hardware requirements.
If it still doesn't work open Windows in clean boot mode, then open the game and check if anything changed.
If you have some special characters in your system name you should delate them. There should be only letters and numbers.
Regards
