Thanks for all the information you've provided.
Can you try these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
3. Close any Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
4. Create a new Temporary Windows User Account, and see if you're able to launch the game under that Account
5. Try disabling Scaling in the Nvidia Control Panel in your Task Bar
