Bullseye will not set off a full meter either

- I never questioned your original point bro. My reply was to @Azomboso because like I mentioned, those are the only two possible ways that I know of, where you can have a maxed out meter. Because any other time will set it off, right?
Regardless to that, I agree that bullseye wont set it off, because it doesn't affect the block meter means exactly that.
Apologies for my lack of knowledge on here, I have no clue how to do that where you copy/pasted my quote on this contraption lol. I'm sure I could, but I have never done it before, and I have a hard time maneuvering around on my iPod.
