9 years agoOh for sure! Defensive end is a stronger card in itself. But its a late game play, where as Sportacus in an early game play. They can be dealt with using different tool on curve. And if you dont have that single removal and you play Sportacus and an already threatening plant board, you're forcing the zombie player to make tough decisions with their removals. I love Sportacus so far.

Yeah, i don't mind it, but it's that use you just explained that i get the most use out of... running interference, not the effect.
And def end can be pretty early game... let's not forget.
I do want to be clear (i know you know this about me, already) i don't think def end is OP. I just think sportacus is underwhelming. I'd really like to see it get armor. I think that would sway a lot of the frustration players are feeling about it.
