Wish I recorded the entire session, because this was the most coordinated team I played with all morning. 

Protip:  You can avoid losing a team KO All Hallows Eve by letting yourself get KO'd before it hits.  As soon as the rest of team gets knocked out, revive yourself right away and you will avoid a team KO.  Your self-revives are also restored to three after All Hallows Eve hits.
