Bought coins on PVZ GW2 months ago and stll haven't received them

I've bought several coin packs (close to $100 worth) for my kid on the PS4 version of PVZ GW2 back in late March 2019. None of the coin packs I purchased, either in game or thru PSN, gave me the coin...

Ea is a dirty scam. Dont buy any more dlc packs. It happened to me as well
