Bought PvZ GW2 deluxe edition, but no rewards.

Hello,

I last bought Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 at the discount. This with the deluxe edition version. I was promised several rewards with this (Emoji pack, grass effect z7-mech, exclusive plant class custom accessories pack, exclusive zombie class custom accessories pack, phenomenal character pack, 200,000 coins starter pack). But however, when I started the game, I got no rewards. I immediately went to EA help, and exhausted all steps and options to get my rewards (this about 5 times in total). After this, they forwarded me to continue via email to look into the problem further. But when I sent them I only got a reply back once, and was ignored after that. After this I sent again, with again no success. Anyone who can help me get my rewards?
