Bounty Hunts Guide - Plants Town Center!
Hi everyone,
In this guide, I will be covering the 3 Bounty Hunts that are available for completion in Plants Town Center. Bounty Hunts are special and unique activities which require a specific set of rules in order to successfully complete them. They all have a time limit attached to them, which means you will fail the Bounty Hunt challenge if you fail to complete it in time, so practice may be necessary in order to gain an understanding of what you need to do for its completion. If you fail a Bounty Hunt or you succeed it, you have to wait a short cooldown before you are able to attempt it again, however you have unlimited attempts. If you complete a Bounty Hunt subsequent times, your rewards will be reduced. Before you are allowed to attempt Bounty Hunts, you need to get your Bounty Permit in the region, which requires you to simply interact with a character named Air Ron. There are Medals involved for completing these Bounty Hunts as well, so completing them is important to fully completing your region.
Location of The Bounty Hunts
There is a total of 3 Bounty Hunts located in Plants Town Center. There is a Bounty located in Sundrop Hills, Up-Down Uptown and Pressure Pier. Each Bounty Hunt requires a specific objective in order for you to successfully complete it. The Bounty Hunts are distinctive and are signified by the abundance of traps and boxes. Interact with it to start the appropriate Bounty Hunt. If you are having trouble finding the location of Bounty Hunts, check your map and you should be able to find the appropriate Bounty Hunts you are looking for, then you can mark those locations on your map and pin it.
Claiming Your Bounty Permit and Rewards
Before you are even able to attempt a Bounty Hunt at all, you must get the Bounty Permit from Air Ron in Plants Town Center. If you do not have the Bounty Permit, you are disabled from being able to attempt Bounty Hunts. However, once you obtain the Bounty Permit, you may attempt Bounty Hunts at any time, noting that there are small cooldowns of 15 seconds between each successful or failed Bounty Hunt attempts. There is no cost involved to attempt Bounty Hunts, however you must have the Bounty Permit first. Once you have completed a Bounty Hunt successfully, you will get some Coin and Taco Rewards. Completing the same Bounty Hunt again subsequent times will reduce your rewards. When you have successfully completed all Bounty Hunts, if you go and talk with Air Ron again, he will reward you with more Coins and Tacos, so make sure to interact with him again once all Bounty Hunts are completed for extra rewards. Air Ron is located in Sundrop Hills, fairly close to where you first appear in Plants Town Center.
There are a total of 3 Bounty Hunts to complete to gain all of the rewards obtained from Bounty Hunts, and completing all of them will help you to fully complete your region.
THE BOUNTY HUNTS
Shock Wheelz Crew!

My tips are as follows:
- As soon as the Electric Slides are vulnerable, it may be worth targeting a single Electric Slide at a time to take them out quickly.
- Use characters that have attacks and abilities with high damage, so that you can deal significant damage to an Electric Slide while they are vulnerable.
- Use characters that have high health, with shields or healing capabilities to improve your survivability. However, being vanquished does not end the Bounty Hunt.
- Be careful when doing this Bounty Hunt as it is located near a pit. The enemies may be able to push or knock you into the pit so be careful of that or you may get vanquished.
- Consider your character you want to use for the Bounty Hunt and the upgrades you decide to equip.
Byte Knight!

My tips are as follows:
- Lure Byte Knight into the circled area by standing in it. You can lure him by trying to attack him, but he will be permanently invincible until he enters the circle.
- The circled area where he can be damaged will change occassionally after dealing a certain amount of damage to him. When it changes, look for it immediately to save time.
- When Byte Knight enters the circle, try to remain in the circle so you can continue to damage him, but try to keep your distance from him where possible as he excels at close range.
- Characters that have high health, shields or good healing capabilities can allow you to survive against his attacks more easily, and move a distance from him while you need healing, as he will not be able to deal any damage to you from far away.
- Consider your character you want to use for the Bounty Hunt and the upgrades you decide to equip.
Captain Featherbrainz!

My tips are as follows:
- While Captain Featherbrainz is vulnerable, deal damage to him as quickly as you can.
- Characters that have homing attacks and abilites are really useful for taking out the Champion Parrots when they appear as you will be able to take them out quickly.
- You can use the cover in the terrain, or move away from the enemies temporarily, to cover yourself when you need healing.
- Characters that deal a lot of damage can help you to win this Bounty Hunt more quickly.
- Consider your character you want to use for the Bounty Hunt and the upgrades you decide to equip.
Associated Medals
By completing the Bounty Hunts in Plants Town Center, you will earn Medals for your effort. These are the Medals you earn for completing these associated activities:
- I'm Wheelie Shocked: Complete the Shock Wheelz Crew Bounty Hunt successfully.
- Armor Harmer: Complete the Byte Knight Bounty Hunt successfully.
- For The Birds: Complete the Captain Featherbrainz Bounty Hunt successfully.
CONCLUSION
The Bounty Hunts are unique challenges which require a unique method in order to unlock. You can use this guide and the instructions given you in-game to help you complete these unique activities. You need to find and talk to Air Ron before you start Bounty Hunting, so you can earn the Bounty Permit, and you should talk to him again once you have completed all of the Bounty Hunt to gain some Coin and Taco rewards. You will also receive rewards and Medals for completing Bounties the first time, so they must be completed if you wish to fully complete your region. They can be completed subsequent times, but you will not benefit as much. Remember, that you will need to wait a cooldown of 15 seconds once you fail or complete a Bounty Hunt, and they are timed, so take that into consideration when performing Bounty Hunts.
