@ArcadeBuster Which Xbox is it?
Do you happen to have Game Pass Ultimate or do you only play on Xbox?

@ArcadeBuster Okay cool, so, Game Pass Ultimate has cloud gaming and local gaming. Since cloud gaming is gaming anywhere, I would first check your PC to see. This could honestly go a few ways. Something similar happened to me with Assassins Creed and I found this out the hard way. May not apply to you at all but something to check just in case
First, pull up the Xbox app and load up the game under PC games. If you load in and your data is there then its local to the PC. Cant transfer that.
If it is not, go to the cloud gaming, load that up and it will sync the Xbox cloud. This doesn't do much other than sync so you can't lose data if you played on a console.
For the console itself though, there are steps you can take if it is a sync issue and you haven't removed the Xbox account from the original EA account.
When it comes to the Origin client though, that's data that would be PC only and wouldn't even affect console. These steps are purely to clean up and refresh the connection to the cloud. They won't delete any content from your games or console.
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard Hey I really appreciate the help I loaded the game up on the cloud and tried to Open the sticker shop but it just froze again. Let me know if I can provide anything to help work through this.
