2 years ago@ArcadeBuster You can go into manage games and apps, delete all of the profile data listed there and then redownload the game (optional) or clear alt mac address again and check it.
If that does not work, you need to message live support to have them look at the account as we cannot. They can possibly make changes like removing the DLC and regranting it to test it but that would be up to them.

@EA_Shepard Ok I’m going through the processes again I’ve been trying to work with support but they haven’t been any help and have only referred me to this board.
