Cactus Alacrity upgrade
I wish I would of had a chance to use this before it was nerfed to oblivion. Can I at least get an extra second to aim? Please? Pretty frustrating to max a character with a borderline unusable upgr...

@dwooten77 my biggest issue with alacrity nerf is that if you don't fire the 2 quick charge shots in time, it fully uncharges forcing you to wait and charge a shot normally. I don't see why it should uncharge my shot after alacrity wears off.
@chogath_player That’s probably why I think my second shot is only half charging sometimes. I would settle for 3 or 4 shots with no time limit. Just used wisely.
The funny thing is that I never realized that this upgrade was that good because I never used it due to the bugged propeller ability. Everytime I tried to reach upper ground it failed so I skipped the whole upgrade.

Same with zooming in to scope after flight... literally 70-80% of the time, the game will NOT zoom, nor even bring up the scope.
