Cactus Alacrity upgrade
I wish I would of had a chance to use this before it was nerfed to oblivion. Can I at least get an extra second to aim? Please? Pretty frustrating to max a character with a borderline unusable upgr...

Agreed it was nerfed heavily. I need my Soldier one of these days to get better.. soldier damage has been ignored since GW1 days lol. Time to help out the OG!
I didn't Master cactus yet but I think without Alacrity, cactus is still a decent sniper, but still not as good as Deadbeard.
I manage to get 20+ vanquish streaks with cactus quite often. I think my max was 29 or 30.
Alacrity seems like an okay upgrade (not fantastic). If I have good positioning and enemies are in sight, I wouldn't want to waste time with propeller. Alacrity seems useful only when first getting into position. If I'm in position and I use propeller, I could have gotten another 1-3 kills if I hadn't use propeller.
Popcorn and Calibrated seem like better upgrades, which I haven't gotten yet.
Overall though, Cactus needs a buff not a nerf. Deadbeard shots seem to hit faster, he has great escape options with barrel (potato mine is too conspicuous with the bright red light), and the parrot can shoot missiles without continually aiming and the missiles hits harder.
