Cactus upgrades that i think should be buffed or add something new.

Cactus himself is weaker than Deadbeard and Cactus's upgrades is much weaker than Deadbeard's. Her upgrade's effects are too small.
To balance between the two characters, the upgrades need buffed (and herself needs buffed. For example Garlic Drone's attack ability needs no initial refresh time, I think.)
