Camera angle changes

I’ve noticed that with certain characters when activating a skill, (mushroom’s fung fu) my camera moves completely on its own, why? This happens on the majority of characters at various times and is beyond frustrating. I have the ability to look around on my own with my joystick. It’s bad enough that every time I try to aim the AI wants to drag my cursor to the right even with aim assist off. With 3 enemies in front of me when I hit aim, my character will find the nearest wad of chewed bubblegum that’s been spit out to shoot at. Why is my cursor moving when my auto aim is off? Why does using a skill change camera angles at all?

  • @GraveledStoopid Yes, I find this with Night Cap too.
At the very real risk of sounding stupid, is this something that sometimes affects Scientist's warp?
I've been finding a lot recently that if I use the warps in quick succession my 2nd or 3rd often goes in the wrong direction, even with a quick directional adjustment.
I'm having a hard time figuring out if this is to do with the high lag increase I've got in all modes atm, if I'm just doing something idiotic, or something else entirely! 😖

    This needs resolving quickly.

Fung Fu is more of a Fung Me. 🤷🏼‍♂️😢

@GraveledStoopid I've also noticed that the aiming reticule drifts away from my intended target- generally to the right as well.

I've checked my aim assist several times to make certain that it's still off because it was that sort of stupid behavior which made me turn it off in the first place.

@realitysquared @GraveledStoopid @spIash_damage Go in Giddy Park and aim at a star in the sky.  When you zoom in it will most likely drift to to right like mentioned.  It’s pretty substantial as well.  I know there were some complaints in GW2 of leading targets and missing.  I’m not sure if it was intentional, but I don’t care for it.

I just mentioned wonky aim in another thread.

I feel like I’ll be going back to GW2 or quit gaming for a few months here soon.

Aim is trash for PvP in its current state.
