Can’t get past reset password

It tells me to reset password. So I do that. Then it says loading on the screen and tells me to create an account. Then try to load again and it tells me to reset password. It doesn’t give me any options to log in or out it just keeps bringing me back to resetting the password and I can’t get on the game at all.
