Can’t miss missile not working

These has been going on since last patch.  While having enemies tagged my ability goes through the animation but shoots blanks.  Literally no missiles leave the rocket.  Anyone else having this issue...

@Meadoz Ps4 here as well.  Anybody on Xbox or pc having this?

@dwooten77 I have a feeling something was listed in Bug Reports a while back - I've not done enough with the character to be able to answer myself!
