Can event cards get obtained after a weekly event? ( without crafting)
Some events have expired and i didnt got those event cards. Can you please tell me can i obtain them now without crafting them?

Maybe if they bring the event back next year, but i haven't researched that. Other than that maybe, with the qualifications you gave, i can not.
Most events allow you to buy bundles with them for a couple days after they end. I think 20 bucks will generally get you a full set. But again, i haven't done it, so can't say for sure.

I'm only guessing, but if that is an older phone, and the game is not currently available for it, I would say it is unlikely.
