Can I change the multi player server?

Hi, I'm a beginner in Japan.  I play on xbox one. Can I change the multi player server? For example, from Asia to US server.

    You can change regions at the Multiplayer Portal.

    Let us know, if you need a video or screenshot.  I’m on PS4 so the buttons are different.
