Can i transfer from ps4 to pc?
Hello I have a question
Today I bought pvzgw2 for pc so I was wondering if i could transfer my ps4 account to my pc.
(Including the caracters and lvl)
Otherwise i have to start all over again.

You can't, sorry. For most games if you change system you'll need to start from scratch.
If you played Garden Warfare 1 and did the transfer from that, you can still use this on PC, however you'd start with the same unlocks that you had when you started playing GW2 on the PS4.
