Can I transfer my old progress to my new iPad?

I really want to know. I haven’t asked since...well, somewhere around April. I just want my old stuff back, no matter what it takes. Please, if anyone could help me. I really would appreciate it.

if you still have the application or whatever you are using the game through , open the application then choose settings , you can make an account for the game or you can connect with your facebook/ twitter account , then log in back from your new device , i used that and worked with me
