Can I transfer the PS4 game to PC? (PVZGW2)
I’m trying to play PVZGW2 on my PC and I have the game on PS4 but I don’t want to buy the game again for PC, can I transfer it to my origin account?

No, I don't think it's possible.
As stand today, each platform is like an island which doesn't compatible & connect to each other:
1. Own software so has to buy it again.
2. Own platform (off course)
3. Own server , no cross platform multi player.
4. Own profile , cannot use/import from other platform to another one.
I hear cross platform multiplayer is technically possible, but Play Station doesn't want this happen (political and business reason).
I think under certain conditions you can transfer account progress via Origins, but I have to say I don't understand the whole thing. You definitely cannot transfer the game itself, though.
