Learn the character. Citron is powerful. The only thing that could receive a small buff is the shield, as they nerfed it a bit too hard.
I've only played Citron for about 17 hours so far. And yet the vanquish ratio is at 2.7. Far from weak.
the only Citron that needs any help is electro, his normal shots are beyond weak.
